known diet programs in existence today rely on restricting or nearly eliminating the amount of carbohydrates in your diet. Unfortu-nately, the high-protein, low-carb diet has turn with a side effect really bad breath, or as it is known in the scientific community, low-carb oral malodor, or LCOM.
"This potentially embarrassing condition may be experienced sporadically or chronically and at different degrees depending on how strictly the diet is followed, previous disposition for the condition and oral hygiene," explained Sushma Nachnani, Ph.D. of the University Health Resources Group, Inc. "High-protein diets break down into this bouquet of volatile organic compounds, or VOCs, which are then expelled through the breath, which produces an offensive odor."

own idea and some are I usually do.
Having an acne breakouts is typical, particularly for teenagers, people can't help but research for methods on how to cure acne. A few are finding ways how to handle it cheaply while others are saving money so that they can pay for expensive facial believing that the acne will be gone after a treatment. However for those with busy schedules and really can't find time to go to dermatologist or facial clinics, in this article are some techniques that might help in clearing your acne.

- Avoid compressing or popping your acne and as much as possible avoid touching your outbreaks particularly with dirty hands. The more you touch the more oil or sebum your skin will generate. It may take much more time before your acne and blackheads clear up mainly because of the irritation and inflammation that may possibly happen, just be patient.
- Wash and rinse your face diligently at least 2 times a day. Correct facial cleanliness is the best way on how to clear up pimples as well as popping acne to show up. Apply facial soaps that are not containing oil or soap that are not acidic.
- Do not forget to apply moisturizer right after cleansing your face with a sulfur based soap that is design particularly for acne people.
